We endeavour to despatch all orders in the shortest time possible.
This will normally be no later than 3pm the day after receipt of the order.
In the event that we cannot meet this target, we will contact you before proceeding with your order.
In the case of stock items where the order is received prior to 2.00pm, we will whenever possible despatch on the same day.
Orders will be despatched by Fedex on a Next Working Day Service or Royal Mail First Class Post depending upon weight.
We’ll refund your return costs on items sold up to our standard delivery option cost, if:
1) you received an incorrect item, or
2) your received a damaged item, or
3) your received a defective item.
